Researcher Description

Sandra Lepak-Kuc has conducted research projects in numerous laboratories, including the Laboratory of Technology of Novel Functional Materials, a part of the Centre of New Technologies (CeNT UW) and at the Institute of Organic Chemistry of Polish Academy of Sciences. She has also gained experience during her work at European institutes, such as the Josef Stefan Institute in Lublana, Slovenia or the Enhanced Composites and Structures Centre at the Cranfield University in the United Kingdom.

She has an extensive research experience, mainly related to the manufacture of functional materials for printed electronics or biomedical engineering applications. Her current research interests focus on the production of functional materials for printed electronics, dedicated materials for different printing technologies, eco-friendly, sustainable and biocompatible materials. Furthermore, materials for e-clothing or bio-medical sensor applications. Also modern functional materials outside the field of electronics.

She has participated in a number of scientific projects, including: the NCBiR's LIDER project, the Innovation Incubator +2018 project to carry out pre-implementation work on textronic electronic pastes, the project for CBRTP PASTES FOR PHOTOVOLTAICS, the Functional SSL project in Masterpress S.A.'s innovative proprietary technology, the Methods and means of protection and defence against HPM pulses project, the Heart Sense project, the FIRST TEAM project of the Polish Science Fund, and others.
